Shipping your package
Orders placed before 13h are shipped the same day or after receipt of payment. Orders are shipped with a tracking number and remitted without signature.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees and shipping costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all your articles in one order. We can not group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your articles are properly protected.
Order limit time for departure the same day:
Monday to Friday 13 hours, no departure Saturdays and Sundays.
Return policy
All your products may be returned within 14 days after the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been unpacked or damaged.
Consumable products can not be returned.
In case of return due to change of notice, the costs of return to the buyer (expenses equivalent to the price go except orders of more than 45 €, the return will be charged at the rate in force Colissimo)
